Alex Satariano grateful to former coaches and team-mates ahead of Frosinone move

Malta young striker Alexander Satariano has posted a message on social media to show his gratitude to his former club, coaches and team-mates as he is set to embark on a new adventure with Serie B side Frosinone.

As revealed by the Times of Malta last week, the former Sliema Wanderers striker has agreed terms with Frosinone and has put pen to paper on a three-year contract with Fabio Grosso’s team.

Satariano thank everyone who helped him develop his talent and said that he is now looking forward to start his new experience with Frosinone.

“My love for the game of football started from the age of 5, and that all started with @st.andrews_football_academy,” Satariano wrote on his facebook page.

“I would like to thank my team-mates, my coaches, and the staff of @st.andrews_football_academy for their hard work and dedication and for giving me the first opportunity to play in the Premier division here in Malta.

“To them, I owe them massive gratitude, as they shaped the player that I am today.

“Also playing with @sliemawanderersfc has been a positive and growing experience for me. For this, I would like to thank the President Keith Perry, coach Andrea Pisanu, Andrea Zammit Tabona, Alex Muscat and all the other committee members, coaches and technical staff.

“I would like to also extend my gratitude to my team-mates with whom I have shared great experiences over 2 years playing the game I love. Their support and friendship will never be forgotten.

“I am now looking forward to my new experience with Frosinone Calcio.”
