Didier Bugeja to compete in Italian Hillclimb Championship in Gubbio

Didier Bugeja is in Gubbio where this weekend he will be racing aboard his Peugeot 106 at the Italian Hillclimb Championship series.

It is the 56th race named after the popular Italian racing driver Luigi Faggioli.

Faggioli was born in 1898, in Osimo, Italy, and passed away in Monaco in 1952. Faggioli raced with Alfa Romeo and won the 1951 French Grand Prix.

The track is just 4150 metres long, with an average gradient of 6.5% and an altitude difference of 6.6%.

The race is also the seventh round of the prestigious Italian Hillclimb Championship.
