Malta U-21’s selection lost to Belgium, Scotland in October
Coach Ivan Woods has selected his provisional squad for the upcoming international commitments that the Malta U-21’s selection will play.
The Maltese side will launch their November international window with a home European qualifier against Kazakhstan on November 16 before taking on Lithuania three days, in a friendly match hosted at the Tony Bezzina Stadium.
Both matches will kick-off at 6pm.
Woods has called up 30 players for the first part of this window including four new faces namely Birkirkara’s Matteo Gambin, Bjorn Buhagiar of Żejtun Corinthians, Shaisen Attard who is currently at Gudja United and Jamie Scerri who plies his trade at Swieqi United.
Basil Tuma of Reading will return to the squad after not being selected for the Belgium, Scotland games.
