Maltese side return in action after December’s historic win over Latvia in Nations League.
Malta women coach Manuela Tesse has called up 27 players to form the provisional squad as they launch their preparations for the upcoming international friendlies against the Faroe Islands and Belarus.
The two matches will be part of the annual VisitMalta Women’s Tournament with Malta set to host the Faroes on February 22 before taking on Belarus on February 25.
Tesse is expected to have a first training session with all players on Monday evening before proceeding in trimming the squad and announcing a final call-up.
The Maltese side will make their League B debut in the upcoming UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 qualifications after discovering their opponents in March 5’s draw.
