Valletta FC have lost one of its most popular figures following the passing of Vince Tabone, aged 72, on Monday.
Tabone, who was known as Palollu was on the Valletta FC committee where he served as a club director for more than 35 years.
He will surely be remembered for his bubbly personality and his love for the club.
“It is with deep regret that we announce the death of our club director & committee member Vincent Tabone (Palollu) at the age of 72, who has served our club for the past 40 years,” the club said in a statement.
“On behalf of Valletta Football Club we pass our deepest condolences to the Tabone Family.”
