The Nadur Youngsters training grounds fell victim to the heavy rain that fell on the islands on Thursday morning.
The GFA Division One side confirmed on their social media that their Peter Paul Camilleri Ground has been shut after one of its external walls collapsed following the bad weather that hit the area on Thursday morning.
The club said that they have closed all access to their training grounds until all necessary works are done to restore safety so that training can resume.
“We would like to inform all parents, players, coaching staff that the Peter Paul Camilleri Ground is closed for the time being due to the collapse of it’s external wall,” Nadur Youngsters said in a statement.
“All necessary precautions have being taken and to avoid any accidents we decided to close all access to our training ground until all nessessary works are done and safe to resume training.

“We are doing the utmost possible to find football grounds in our vicinity to accommodate all nursery and senior training sessions.
“We would like to thank the Ministry for Gozo and Nadur Local Council for their support during these difficult times.”
