FIFA badge referee Trustin Farrugia Cann has been appointed to control the UEFA Europa Conference League match between AZ Alkmaar of Netherlands and Denmark’s Randers FC, on Thursday.
The match will be contested at the Dutch AFAS Stadion with hosts AZ having already qualified as group winners, no matter the result on Thursday.
Randers, on their part, are currently second on seven points and are just one point ahead from third-place Jablonec who face Cluj in the other group game.
As part of the team flying to the Netherlands for this appointment, Farrugia Cann will be joined by Luke Portelli, and Duncan Sultana as assistant referees, whereas Ishmael Barbara will also be part of the team performing as fourth official.
