The 6’7 forward joins after having been recently playing in Cyprus with Omonia for the 2019-20 season. He had also been with Mazeikiai in Lithuania, playing against the likes of EuroLeague side Zalgiris Kaunas.
In the Cyprus Division A, Campbell averaged 7.9 points, 5 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game, over 12 games.
Prior to his pro career, Campbell was part of the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles squad in the NCAA Division One where he averaged 14.1 points, 6.2 rebounds per game across 31 games started.
Campbell is the side’s replacement for American swingman Koby Thomas, who left the club at the end of January after having played only one game, scoring 20 points against BUPA Luxol.

Club sources say the guard cited family reasons with the Maltese club awaiting further updates🏀
Thomas had cited family reason for his departure, with the club unaware of whether he would return eventually or not. Eventually the player was released to make space for Campbell.
Campbell is said to have signed at the beginning of February and was on the bench, unused, for the side’s victory over Gzira Athleta last weekend. He joins TJ Atwood and Avery Sullivan as coach James Bamfield’s foreign players.
