Birkirkara continued to announce more contract extensions after revealing that Denis Ribeiro will continue his career at the Stripes next season, the Premier League club announced.
The Brazilian wing-back, who often featured on the left flank, was a key figure at the club as Giovanni Tedesco’s side went on to achieve European qualification and success in the FA Trophy having beaten Marsaxlokk in the final.
The 24-year-old, who embarked in Maltese football from Brazil’s Icasa, played 25 games in all competitions – scoring twice and producing three assists.
