Notts County player produced six assists in January’s three league matches.
Jodi Jones picked up the prestigious League Two Player of the Month award, Notts County announced on Friday.
The Malta international was instrumental for his club during January’s commitments with Jones recording six assists, equalling England’s fourth-tier record of 17.
He was nominated alongside Wrexham’s Steven Fletcher, Harrogate’s Abraham Odoh and Crawley’s Danilo Orsi.
Besides four assists recorded in the thrilling 5-5 draw against Grimsby Town, Jones grabbed assists in the 4-2 defeat to Tranmere Rovers and in the 1-1 draw against Barrow.
Jones and his Notts County side return in action on Friday night when they host Gillingham in League Two.
