Malta women player Sara Saliba grabbed a goal on her Milan debut, contributing to the Rossonere‘s 5-2 win over Fiorentina.
The former Birkirkara player was deployed from the start as Milan hosted the Viola in the opening game of the Primavera championship.
Saliba joined Milan during this summer after a brief spell at Pomigliano before finishing the 2023/2024 season at Birkirkara.
Milan will return in action on Tuesday, when they face Francesca Bartolo’s Sassuolo in the U-19s league.
