Ivan Woods, Malta U21s coach, has named a squad of 28 players for the remaining European qualifiers against Hungary and Spain.
The Maltese selection will launch this window with an away game against the Magyar side, on October 10, before taking on giants Spain five days later.
The matches will be played in Budapest and Algeciras respectively.
For this double-header, Woods welcomes back Sean Gatt of Żabbar St Patrick and Hibernians midfielder Lucas Caruana.
Mosta’s Jake Vassallo has also returned to the U21s setup while Isaiah Chukunyere, who is on the books of Hibernians, has been retained by coach Woods.
