At the top of the table, Floriana Ajax Cool & Kiwi faced Sliema Club Lounge A in a highly-anticipated match.

With no pressure weighing them down, the Greens delivered yet another impressive performance, securing a dominant 7-1 victory over Sliema. This result solidifies their position at the top of the league standings.

Meanwhile, Rosso 33 DT A, currently tied in the race for second place, suffered a setback as they were narrowly defeated by Birgu Bocci Club A in a thrilling contest that ended 3-5.

The outcome means both teams remain in contention for the runner-up position, adding excitement to the ongoing competition.

The withdrawal of Żejtun Lacci Maypole from the league created a ripple effect, as Floriana Ajax MCP benefited from an uncontested victory, gaining the automatic two points. This advantage has been extended to all teams scheduled to face Lacci Maypole in the second and third rounds, equalising the playing field in the standings.

In another key encounter, Ħamrun Bayern squared off against Juventutis Domus in a tightly-fought battle. The match concluded with Ħamrun Bayern emerging victorious with a 5-3 win, enabling them to maintain their pace ahead of their opponents in the league rankings.

Division Two

Meanwhile, Top Gun Bar played against Cox Bar in a game that remained competitive until the end. Top Gun also emerged victorious with a 5-3 result, adding crucial points to their league tally.

In a battle at the bottom of the standings, Żejtun Lacci Reds faced PO’s Bar, who were at the bottom of the table. PO’s managed to win the game with a score of 5-3, moving ahead of Zejtun Lacci Reds in the standings.

Division Three

In the Third Division, the competition showcased a mix of dominant performances and closely fought battles.

Titans tal-Barklor, the leaders of the Third Division, faced Żurrieq DT, who are currently at the bottom of the table. Żurrieq struggled to match the strength of the Titans and suffered a heavy 8-0 defeat, further cementing the Titans’ dominance in the league.

Munchies Bar, sharing the second place with MMG DT, played against Nicolo Isouard Mosta in a tightly contested match. The game ended in a 4-4 draw, with Munchies managing to secure just one point from the encounter.

MMG DT, on the other hand, took on Sliema Club Lounge B and delivered an impressive performance, securing a convincing 7-1 victory. This result strengthened MMG DT’s position in the league standings.

In another match, Tal-Gilju DT faced Dukes DT B. Despite the efforts of Dukes, they could not withstand the force of Tal-Gilju, who emerged victorious with a 6-2 win, demonstrating their strength and consistency.
