Malta women player Alexandra Gatt has joined Hull City Ladies, the English club announced on Friday.
Hull City Ladies will be playing in the FA Women’s National League, England’s third-tier.
In the previous campaign, the former Mġarr United was on the books of Durham Cestria before moving to York City during the winter transfer session.
Gatt, born in 2004, has been playing in England since 2021 and has over 60 appearances across her spells at London Seaward, Durham Cestria and York City.
“When I trained the first time with the team , I knew it was the right fit immediately. The staff and the girls set a thriving environment where they all work hard for each other and I knew I wanted to add to that,” Gatt told the club’s website.
“My goal for the season is to add my energy and drive to this team and to help the team get as high up the table as possible.”
“I’m looking forward to the challenge of Tier 3. I look forward to working with this great group of staff and players, and going into everyday with a smile on my face.”
