Luxol starlet Vuk Kaljevic recently travelled to Serbia, where he attended a one-week training camp with top side Red Star Belgrade.
Kaljevic’s trip to Serbia was done through the intervention of football agent Vladimir Simovic, the former technical director at Balzan FC, who is now working back in his homeland.
Vuk Kaljevic, the son of former Mosta and Balzan forward Bojan Kaljevic, has impressed the Red Star coaches during his stay.
It is understood that the Red Star coaches will continue to monitor Vuk Kaljevic’s development with Luxol St Andrews and the youth teams of the Malta national team.
The young forward is likely to be invited to take part in a number of tournaments organised by Red Star Belgrade in the coming weeks.
