Malta U21 coach Davide Mazzotta has announced a 23-man squad for the upcoming UEFA European U21 Championship qualifying matches against Northern Ireland and Georgia.
This international window marks Malta’s first away trip of the campaign. The team will face Northern Ireland next Thursday, at the Oval Stadium in Belfast (kick-off: 8.45pm).
Following that fixture, Malta will return home to take on Georgia at the Centenary Stadium the following Tuesday (kick-off: 7pm).
The team is aiming to bounce back from their opening-day defeat against Greece.
