Valletta FC will be hosting the Caritas Cup tournament at the Sirens Ground on Saturday.
The Caritas Cup will see the participation of fellow Premier League side Żabbar St Patrick as well as Challenge League side Pieta Hotspurs.
The tournament is being organised to collect funds for Caritas Malta, an NGO that helps persons who are struggling with social problems.
Żabbar St Patrick and Pieta Hotspurs kick off proceedings in the opening match at 4pm and will be followed by the clash between the Hotspurs and Valletta.
The triangular tournament will come to an end with the clash between Valletta and Żabbar St Patrick.
“Join us this Saturday as we come together for the Caritas Cup — a friendly tournament supporting the life-changing work of Caritas Malta. Every cheer, every goal, every moment helps make a difference!,” Valletta FC said in a statement.
“Let’s bring the Valletta FC family together to fill the stands one again and show what community spirit is all about. Together, we play for more than just pride – we play for a cause!”
