Futsal Malta hosted the Enemed Super Cup finals in all categories in front of a sizeable crowd at the National Sports School last weekend.
It was an historic day for the local game as the Futsal Video Support was used for the first time for all Super Cup finals.
Zero Sei Futsal won the Super Cup for the first time in their club history with a 6-0 thrashing of Swieqi United Futsal LECO7.
Amanda Cristina Luiz and Vanessa Honoria Carneiro netted a brace each while Laura Andrea Echeverri Tobon and Rocio Robles were also on the scoresheet to seal a memorable win for Zero Sei.
Luxol St Andrews Futsal Club lifted the men’s trophy after overcoming the University of Malta Futsal 7-3.
Luxol opened a 4-0 lead by the half-time interval and maintained control despite a second-half response from the University of Malta Futsal.
Everton was on the mark twice for Luxol, with the other goals coming from Maicon, Ryan Marmara, Luiz Henrique, Michael Borg, and Nathan Cope.
The goals for the University of Malta were scored by a brace by Cristian Jose Fenandez and Jose Rodrigo Da Silva.
During the match, the Futsal Video Support annulled a goal scored by the University of Malta.
