The BOV Division One Knock-Out will get underway on December 8 when Hibernians take on Luxol while Mellieħa play Depiro at 4.15pm in the quarter-finals at the Ta’ Qali Basketball Pavilion.
The final of the BOV Men’s Division One KO will be played on March 19, 2021.
The fixtures for these competitions, usually drawn during a press conference, were held in the presence of Malta Basketball Association and Bank of Valletta representatives in line with health authorities’ recommendations.
The Amateur League KO will commence on January 29 with the final scheduled for April 11, 2021.
In a statement, Bank of Valletta commended the MBA’s sterling work in organising all the competitions while adhering to strict protocols in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“During this time, the MBA has completed the second phase of the renovation of the Ta Qali Basketball Pavilion complete with new spectator stands that will await the Basketball fans when it will be safe for them to return,” Bank of Valletta said in a statement.
“Bank of Valletta is a major supporter of sporting initiatives and is a main sponsor of the Malta Basketball Association.”
