Lagana just misses out on 300 perfect game by one pin
Sue Abela and Kayden Laganà are the winners of the first edition of The Clash of the Titans Championship, held at the Eden Superbowl.
European Senior champion Sue Abela captured first place in the women’s category with a total score of 974.
Liliana Spiteri placed second on 959 while Marthese Cossai completed the podium on 933.
In the men section, it was young Kayden Laganà that continued his impressive form with first hitting an impressive 299 in game three, to just miss out on compiling a perfect game by just one pin.
Still Laganà went on to bowla new MTBA record of 1180 over five games to take first place.
Nicolai Mallia finished second on 1,046 with third place going to Steve Cassar on 1,041.
The Clash of the Titans Championship is played over several legs throughout the year and is organized by the Eden Superbowl and sponsored by Continental Cars Malta.
