FIFA referee Trustin Farrugia Cann has been appointed to officiate the 2022 World Cup European qualifier between Scotland and the Faroe Islands.
The Group F match is being played this Wednesday at Hampden Park, Glasgow, kicking off at 20.45.
The all-Maltese refereeing team for this European Qualifier comprises assistant referees Luke Portelli and Roberto Vella, and Ishmael Barbara who will act as fourth official.
For Farrugia Cann this was the latest in international appointments after last November he was given charge of the UEFA Nations League match between Gibraltar and Liechtenstein.
