Jose Borg’s ambitious project at Canadian club FC Manitoba has caught the eye of the local media.
In fact, CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) joined the Maltese coach in an interview which shed light on his long journey from Malta to Canada during these difficult times due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Borg, former coach at St Andrews and Tarxien Rainbows in the Maltese Premier League, took over the Canadian club in March.
They usually in the USL League (Central Conference – Heartland Division), considered as the fourth tier in the United States football pyramid.
However, they are not participating in any league this year due to the Covid-19 situation in Canada and are involved only in friendly matches.
