Nicole Sciberras entered the fray in the second half as she featured in Tavagnacco’s 2-1 defeat against Cittadella in the Serie B Femminile.
Sciberras and her Tavagnacco team will cross swords with Como Women next Wednesday where the Malta women’s international will meet fellow national team member Emma Lipman.
Both Malta women players were part of the national team during the recent 2023 Women’s World Cup qualifications against Montenegro and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Tavagnacco drop into sixth with 15 games, with a game in hand.
