Emma Lipman contributed to Como Women’s 2-1 win over Cesena as they continue to lead the Serie B Femminile.
Lipman and her Como side had to pull up their sleeves to cancel a one-goal deficit and clinch the victory.
In fact, it was an unfortunate own goal by Lipman that put Cesena ahead.
Nonetheless, the Malta women’s international captain redeemed herself with a solid showing at the back as Como scored twice to win the game.
Como remain on top with 27 points after 12 games.
