Marsaxlokk continue to strengthen their squad ahead of next season’s Premier League campaign after announcing the arrival of two Maltese players.
The Southseasiders brought in Dale Mifsud, an 18-year-old midfielder from San Ġwann.
Mifsud, who is also part of the Malta U-21’s selection, signed a three-year deal with the club to become the fifth arrival at Marsaxlokk.
Last season, Mifsud scored eight goals in his 20 games with San Ġwann in the BOV Challenge League.
Meanwhile, Marsaxlokk had also announced the arrival of Timothy Tabone Desira on a one-year contract on Saturday.
Desira, 26, brings a lot of experience to the team having played with the likes of Hibernians, Tarxien Rainbows and Sta Lucia.
Last season, Desira started the campaign at Hibernians before moving to Sirens on a loan deal during the January transfer window.
