Spanish wingback Gabriel Izquier has extended his contract with Hibernians for another two years, the Paolites announced.
The energetic player established himself as a fundamental member of the team last season, as Hibernians secured the domestic title.
Izquier played 29 matches in all competitions, including 26 in the top-flight and recorded five assists.
Meanwhile, Marsaxlokk have brought Floriana’s Daniel Agius on a season loan.
The 25-year-old was part of the Greens’ side that won the FA Trophy during the 2021/2022 season.
He scored three goals and registered two assists for Floriana last season. Previously, he was also at Sirens and Sta Lucia.
