Gżira United have bolstered their defensive department with the signing of central defender Farid Zuniga.
Zuniga, 24, hails from Colombia and is joining his fourth Maltese club.
The Colombian player, who also played in Portugal with CF Serzedo and Perafita, was on the books of Gudja United for the last three seasons.
Last season, Zuniga played 22 games in all competitions and managed to score one goal as well – in a 1-1 draw against Floriana.
He has also played for Santa Lucia and Naxxar Lions in his early years in Maltese football.
Darren Abdilla’s side is currently preparing for their Europa Conference League commitment against Glentoran of the Northern Ireland.
