Four goals for Brazilian playmaker Joelma, Greens move top

Mġarr United moved top of the Assikura Women’s League after hitting Mtarfa for eight on Thursday.
The Greens made sure of the victory in the first half after opening a six-goal lead.
Joelma (picture) was Mġarr’s hero with four goals, two in each half as she now leads the league’s scoring charts with six goals.
Brazilian forward Fernanda Peinado scored twice to make it five goals in three games for the Greens.
The other goals were scored by Luana Cabral and Anastasia Sivolobova, her first goal for the Greens since joining in the summer.
