Malta-based player has 12 goals in 35 caps for Caribbean side.
Harry Panayiotou, who plays for Sirens, was one of the scorers as his St Kitts & Nevis side secured a 3-1 comeback win against San Marino, on Wednesday.
Donning the number 9 shirt, Panayiotou scored his nation’s third goal just after the start of the second half.

For San Marino, this was their 137th straight game without a single win.
The next-longest current dry spell is 35 games, held by Liechtenstein and Anguilla.
Filippo Berardi had opened the score for San Marino as they were making their debut under new coach Roberto Cevoli.
Until Wednesday night, across two decades they had led for just six minutes – against Malta in 2012 – before losing that game 3-2.
San Marino and St Kitts & Nevis will meet again this Sunday.
Panayiotou joined Sirens in the January transfer window after a spell in Gibraltar at Bruno’s Magpies.
So far, the St Kitts & Nevis player has made 9 appearances for Sirens, scoring one goal in a 1-1 draw against St Lucia.
