Maltese referee part of a local quartet that includes assistant referees, fourth official.
Local referee Philip Farrugia will be guiding a quartet of Maltese officials as they take charge of an Italian U-21’s European qualifier.
The Azzurrini will host Latvia in their sixth qualifier of this campaign at Cesena’s Orogel Stadium Dino Manuzzi, on Friday evening.
Farrugia will be the referee while Alan Camilleri and Mitchell Scerri will serve as assistants.
Meanwhile, Glen Tonna will be in the role of fourth official.
Italy are leading their qualifying group with 11 points after five outings.
