The BOV Super Cup and Assikura Women’s Super Cup finals will return this December, as a number of teams go head-to-head to win the prestigious trophies in what promise to be a thrilling set of matches.
In the Assikura Women’s Super Cup, holders Birkirkara will take on Swieqi United on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, 8th December 2024, at 14:00.
The match, which will take place at the Centenary Stadium, will be a repeat of last year’s edition, when the same two teams took on one another, only for Birkirkara to emerge as 2-1 winners.
Elsewhere, the BOV Super Cup will be held at the National Stadium on Republic Day, 13th December 2024, at 17:00.
It will see league champions Ħamrun Spartans face off against FA Trophy winners Sliema Wanderers. Ħamrun are the holders of the competition, having beaten Birkirkara FC last time out.
The finals will serve as the first opportunity for all four clubs to win their first piece of silverware for the season.
