How sad, a gentleman I have know growing up in Sliema although sometimes in opponent Boy’s Scounts Groups, Lascaris Group and Sliema Group, which Peter at a young age took very seriously. Peter has shown immense integrity throughout his life and I had enormous respect for that. Pay Peter rest in peace.
