In the Top 6, Ħamrun Spartans and Marsaxlokk are currently tied in second place on 28 points and continue their duel for second place on Saturday.

Ħamrun Spartans will face Valletta at the National Stadium while Marsaxlokk take on Naxxar Lions at the Tony Bezzina Stadium, with both matches kicking off at 4pm.

If Ħamrun Spartans finish second in the standings, they will contest a Finalissima against Floriana for the league title.

But if Marsaxlokk take second place they will force a Final Four to decide the title that will also involve Floriana, Ħamrun Spartans and Valletta.

On the other hand, the final verdicts in the Bottom 6 will be decided on Thursday, with Tarxien Rainbows and Żabbar St Patrick, who are currently tied on 12 points, looking to avoid to finish second-from-bottom.

The Rainbows will be facing Sliema Wanderers at the Centenary Stadium while Żabbar St Patrick face Hibernians at the National Stadium.

Bottom-placed Mosta, who are still with an outside chance of avoiding the last two places, face Birkirkara at the Tony Bezzina Stadium.

If Tarxien finish second-from-bottom they will be relegated and a relegation play-off between Naxxar and Mosta will be played.

If Żabbar finish second-from-bottom they will force two relegation deciders that will see the involvement of Mosta and Naxxar Lions.

All three matches will kick off at 6.30pm.
