Joseph Mbong made his second straight start for Ironi Kiryat as they hosted Hapoel Jerusalem in the Israeli top-flight, on Saturday.
The Malta international featured as a left-winger as his side was looking to follow up their opening game’s victory.
Ironi Kiryat forged ahead in the first half and could have made sure of the win, with Mbong coming close to score on a couple of occasions.
Hapoel Jerusalem made them pay as they found a late leveller to deny the hosts their second consecutive win.
Mbong’s side have picked up four points so far and will now face giants Maccabi Tel Aviv in their next league game.
