Valletta United Waterpolo Club have announced the appointment of Matthew Carbonaro as the club’s new Corporate Chief Executive.
Carbonaro will be responsible for marketing, brand identity, media, public relations, community engagement and interaction, and youth development sector.
“Valletta United Waterpolo Club are pleased to announce the official appointment of Valletta born & bred Matthew Carbonaro as Corporate Chief Executive, responsible for marketing, brand identity, media, public relations, community engagement & interaction, youth development sector,” the club said in a statement.
“On behalf of all of us at the Club we would like to re-welcome Matthew an ex-player of our youth sector, and wish him all the best of luck with his new venture at our club.”
Carbonaro is a familiar face with Valletta United he played for the club in his childhood and youth years.
He brings to the club a wealth of experience as he was in charge of media, branding and sponsors with Valletta Football Club for several years.
