This season’s favourites for the MAPFRE MSV Life Women’s League crown Betsson Depiro and Caffe Moak Luxol battled it out twice over the space of three days with both sides taking a piece of the points as Depiro won the first encounter on Saturday, while Luxol got their revenge on Monday.

The Violets initially took the lead through Sarah Fenech Pace, but Depiro responded swiftly as Julia Borg and Janai Crooms imposed their influence on the game.
