Żabbar St Patrick has reached an agreement to sign Guinea winger Toni Silva, the Times of Malta can confirm.
The 31-year-old forward agreed personal terms with the Premier League side and is set to make his first appearance in Maltese football.
Silva arrives at Żabbar with an impressive CV, having represented prestigious clubs such as Benfica, Chelsea, and Liverpool, among others, in his youth days.
He made his senior debut with English side Barnsley before heading to Bulgaria, where he donned the colours of CSKA Sofia.
In 2015 he moved to Turkey, where he joined Sanliurfaspor.
In the next few years, his football journey took him to Portugal, where he donned the colours of Uniao Madeira before heading to Greece, where he played for APO Levadiakos.
Silva continued discover new football realities when playing for Sundowns, in South Africa, Astra Giurgiu in Romania, before moving to Kazakhstan, where he played for Taraz, Tobol Kostanay and FC Aksu.
In 2023, Silva moved to Kuwait where he played for Kazma SC for the past 18 months.
