Women’s edition bracket revealed, final to be played on December 8.
The 12 Premier League teams have discovered their path in this season’s Malta FA Jubilee Cup after Friday’s draws.
They will be entering the competition in the Round 32, when the Second Phase of the competition kicks off.
The matches – set for October 18 and October 19 – will involve all 12 top-flight teams together with the six Preliminary Round winners and the remaining Challenge League sides from the First Phase.
The Preliminary Round will be played on October 1 and 2. Eventually, the Round of 16 ties will be played on November 5 and November 6.
The Premier League teams were all seeded in the Round of 32, therefore there are no top-flight matchups in this round.
However, they can cross paths in the following round with some potential matchups lining up including Birkirkara vs Sliema Wanderers, Ħamrun Spartans vs Floriana and Marsaxlokk vs Balzan.

The draws also marked the launch of the women’s competition.
The six clubs from the Assikura Women’s League will take part – Birkirkara, Hibernians, Mġarr United, San Ġwann, Swieqi United and Valletta.
Women’s league champions Swieqi United were drawn to face Valletta and Birkirkara to meet San Ġwann in the Preliminary Round.
The two winners will progress to the semi-finals with the final pencilled for December 8.
