After a goalless first half, Mġarr broke the deadlock through Yulya Carella on 52 minutes, before the same player doubled the lead just past the hour mark.
Veronique Mifsud added a third on 76 minutes, and Valeria Villegas rounded off the scoring late on to complete a dominant performance.
Meanwhile, Swieqi United delivered the most emphatic result of the matchday, dismantling Valletta 14-1 in a one-sided encounter.
Salamatu Abdulai led the charge with five goals, supported by braces from Jade Flask, Shona Zammit, Sara Saliba, and Andjela Kricak in a relentless attacking display.
Birkirkara also finished their season strongly with a 5-0 win over San Ġwann.
Momo Ueda starred with a hat-trick, while Izabella Stringer and Ruth Steer-Chetham added further goals to complete the rout.
Swieqi’s Abdulai concluded the season as the league’s top scorer with an impressive 22 goals.
With the league campaign now complete, attention turns to the domestic cup, which gets underway on April 4 with the quarter-finals.
