Leicester Riders seem to have found a pair of snipers in Malta internationals Sasha Lecuyer and Aaron Falzon as the pair have now scored more triples than twos throughout their minutes on court. The Times of Malta Sportsdesk looks at Falzon, Lecuyer and other Maltese professionals plying their trade overseas in another segment of ‘Maltese Abroad’.

Leicester Riders’ Aaron Falzon managed to score five points and assisted two other baskets in around 12 minutes, having come off the bench on Friday as the Riders beat Sheffield Sharks 74-64.
Added to the 66% field goal percentage, Falzon managed to grab four boards, mostly in defence.
The Leicester Riders’ next game is against the Glasgow Rocks in the BBL Cup quarter-finals (tip off 8PM UK/9PM Malta).
Sasha Lecuyer, who also came off the bench for Loughborough Riders but played close to 25 minutes against Ipswich Basketball, scored three points, grabbed three rebounds and five assists on Saturday. The side added to their winning streak with a late 77-76 win over Ipswich.
