ITALY
Maltese duo Nicole Sciberras and Kailey Willis be involved in the final stage of the Primavera league after Juventus and Hellas Verona advanced from Girone 1.
Sciberras played in Juventus’ final game of the regular season as they eased past Vicenza 12-2, to top Girone 1 with 31 points in 11 games.
On the other side, Willis’ Verona upset Inter to win 3-2 and clinch the third place.
Juventus will face Girone 2 fourth-placed Napoli in the quarter-finals whereas Verona will take on Florentia San Gimignano, who finished second in the other group.
