Gabriel Dobrev’s side will launch campaign in April.
Switzerland, Gibraltar and Scotland will face Malta in the upcoming UEFA Futsal Euro 2026 preliminary round.
The Maltese side will launch their campaign in April as they will face the three opponents between April 8 and April 17, with the venue yet to be determined.
The top two teams in this group will make it to the main qualifying round of the competition which is scheduled for between next December and April of next year.
Under the guidance of coach Gabriel Dobrev, the national team has gathered for a short training camp at the National Sport School as they are gearing up their preparations for February’s Futsal Week Cup.
In this tournament, set to be played between January 28 and February 4, Malta will take on Denmark, Greenland, San Marino and Switzerland.
Dobrev has selected the following 15 players for this camp.
