The Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH) Malta, in collaboration with Pembroke Athleta Athletics Club, under the auspices of Athletics Malta, and Eurosport Malta, will once again join forces to host the ninth Edition of the Eurosport Run for Mental Wellbeing on Sunday, October 26, in Marsaskala.
This well-established community event promotes mental health awareness and wellbeing through physical activity. It brings together runners, walkers, families, and supporters of all ages to share a common goal – encouraging open dialogue about mental health and highlighting the positive effects of sport on emotional resilience and overall wellbeing.
The event features various distances suitable for all levels, from competitive athletes to casual participants and families wishing to enjoy an active, meaningful morning in a supportive environment.
Over the years, the Eurosport Run for Mental Wellbeing has become a cherished date on Malta’s athletics calendar, combining sporting spirit with a message of compassion and inclusion.
