Gaia Lucaxelo and Honneur D’Isques won the major event held at the Marsa Racetrack last weekend.
These were the Prix De Caen final for class Copper trotters and the Prix De Cabourg final for class Silver trotters on a short distance of 2140 metres. These finals formed part of the 26th meeting of the season consisting of ten races all for trotters.
Eleven trotters lined up for the class Copper final.

French mare Gaia Lucaxelo, under the guidance of Paul Galea, secured its first win of the season after that she sustained the challenges of favourite Fast Loulou (Noel Baldacchino) in the final straight.
